Please complete the information based on the current company situation with exactly the same data as recorded at the Companies Registry (CR). To complete your company’s transfer and for us to meet company secretary licence KYC requirements, you will also need to provide copies of the following:

• Certificate of Incorporation;
• Latest Business Registration Certificate;
• Latest Annual return if any, or Form NNC1;
• Forms or documents filed to the CR and Inland Revenue Department reporting changes after the date of the latest Annual Return, if any;
• Certified true copies* of director(s) and/or shareholder(s) verification documents as follows:
  • For individual director(s) and/or shareholder(s):
    • a) Hong Kong ID card OR Passport OR Chinese ID
    • b) Address proof (e.g. utility bill or bank statement, issued within the last 3 months>)
  • For corporate director(s) and/or shareholder(s):
    • a) Business Licence;
    • b) Articles of Association;
    • c) Any official document that shows who are the shareholder(s) of the company; and
    • d) For shareholder(s) of the company holding over 25% shares only:
      • If individual shareholder – passport copy and address proof (e.g. utility bill or bank statement, issued within the last 3 months)
      • If corporate shareholder – same as documents as per points a) – d) above.

* Plain scanned copies may be provided for initial review, but we must receive original certified true copies issued by a lawyer, Notary Public, CPA, TCSP licence holder, or equivalent government authority, before processing,we can verify the same during our KYC meeting as well.

Note: Face-to-face meeting with the director and the ultimate beneficial owner conducted via video call will also be requested for KYC purposes.
